FAQ

Questions?

Short answers to what matters before you start

What do I need to start?

Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store and click “Catch” on any job. The first 24 hours are free with no card — except contact search and résumé checks: these two are paid from the first request, because every call costs us real money.

Where can I collect jobs from?

On LinkedIn and HeadHunter the extension reads the job page by itself. For Telegram, job boards and any other website — select the job text and click “Catch”.

What contacts does it find?

Only what the company itself published for candidates: the careers section of its website, its LinkedIn page and a general work inbox like jobs@ or hr@. Employees’ personal contacts — names, personal emails, personal profiles and messengers — the extension never looks for, shows or stores.

Why pay if I can do it all myself?

You can. The extension saves hours of routine: instead of a manual spreadsheet, retyping jobs and hunting for contacts across websites — one button and one panel that shows your whole search at once.

Will my data stay if I close the tab?

Yes. Jobs, contacts, notes and analytics live in the extension’s storage in your browser, on your device. They are not sent to our server.

Can I export my data?

Yes: the jobs table with analytics exports to CSV (opens in Excel and Google Sheets), and the funnel summary to PDF.

How many devices does one key work on?

Three. If one of them hasn’t been opened for 14 days, it gives its place to a new one — so reinstalling your system or getting a new laptop never locks you out.

Can I try it first?

Yes. After installing, it works free for 24 hours with no card: catching jobs, the table, statuses, calendar, analytics and export. Contact search and résumé checks are not part of the trial.

Will the subscription charge me automatically?

No. There is no auto-renewal: when the paid period ends, access simply stops and your card is left alone. Want to continue — you pay again yourself.

What happens to unused searches?

The package covers the whole paid period at once: on a 3-month plan you get three months’ worth up front. Renew before the period ends and whatever is left carries over; after it ends, unused searches expire. You can use at most half of a monthly package per day — protection against burning it all in one evening by accident.

How do I change my plan?

You can move up at any time by paying for the higher plan. You can move down in the extension settings: the cheaper plan starts with the next period, and the paid one runs to its end.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, in the extension settings. The remaining days are kept, and your search picks up where you left off. A pause can last up to 12 months.

Where are my jobs and résumé stored?

In the extension’s storage in your browser. Our server keeps only what the subscription needs: your email (for the key, the receipt and a reminder before the paid period ends), a hash of your key and your payments. No jobs, résumés or found contacts are stored on the server.

Where does my text go when the AI works?

Only when you click “Check résumé” or “Find contacts” yourself. The request goes to the Job Huntly server and from there to a Russian intermediary (Center of National Intelligent Systems), which passes it to a language model. The models run outside Russia, so this transfer requires separate consent. If you don’t give it, everything works except these two features, and the price stays the same.

Can someone find me through Job Huntly?

No. The extension doesn’t search for people. It only finds companies’ public contacts — the ones a company published for candidates itself.

What should I remove from my résumé before a check?

Your surname, address, date of birth, phone number and other people’s contacts: they aren’t needed to assess the match. Before sending, the extension shows you the exact text that will go to the check.
