Consent to personal data processing
Translation
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The legally binding text is the Russian version; if the two differ, the Russian version prevails.
Why a separate page
The law requires consent to be given as a separate, deliberate action rather than “by using the website”. That is why it lives here: when you subscribe, you tick a box linking to this text, while the second, separate consent — to transfer data abroad — you may never give at all, and your subscription stays the same.
How consent is given
There are three consents, and they are given in different places and at different times, independently of each other. None of the boxes is ticked in advance. The operator records the date, time and way each consent was given.
| Personal data processing (section 1) |
A checkbox when subscribing on the website, next to a link to this page. Without it you cannot subscribe: without an email address there is nowhere to send the license key and the receipt |
|---|---|
| Cross-border transfer (section 2) |
A separate checkbox in the extension, before the first use of the résumé check or contact search. It is not requested when subscribing. Refusing affects nothing except these two features |
| Foreign website counters (section 3) |
A separate prompt on the website on your first visit: “Accept” or “Necessary only”, an equal choice with no preselected option. Until you answer, foreign counters are not loaded. Refusing affects nothing |
Consent to cross-border transfer is requested exactly when you first use the feature, not in advance: this way you see what data goes where at the very moment it happens.
1. Consent to personal data processing
I, the personal data subject, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
| Operator | Anastasia Vladimirovna Zenkina, self-employed (professional income tax payer), INN 772375205476 |
|---|---|
| Subject | The person who provided an email address when subscribing. Identification is by this address and the license key |
| Purposes of processing | Providing access to the Job Huntly extension; issuing, activating and verifying the license key; enforcing the paid limits and the “three devices per key” rule; sending receipts and service emails, including a reminder before the paid period ends; answering support requests |
| Data processed | Email address; hash of the email address; hash of the license key and hash of the access token; plan, period, date and amount of payment, payment ID; device ID created by the extension; counters of used checks and searches; IP address when entering the key; contents of support requests |
| Actions with data | Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons listed below, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction |
| Processing methods | Mixed processing — with and without automation tools |
| Processing on the operator’s behalf | YooMoney LLC, non-bank credit institution (YooKassa), address: 115035, Moscow, Sadovnicheskaya St., 82, bldg. 2 — accepting payments and issuing receipts. REG.RU LLC, address: 125315, Moscow, Leningradsky Prospekt, 72, bldg. 3 — hosting the website and the subscription database. Lavalane LTD (lava.top), Kallipoleos 3, office 102, 1055, Nicosia, Republic of Cyprus — accepting payment in US dollars by a card from outside Russia, only if I chose such payment myself (see section 10 of the Privacy policy) |
| Validity | From the moment the consent is given until it is withdrawn or until the purposes of processing are achieved |
| How to withdraw | By email to jobhuntlyy@gmail.com with the subject “Withdrawal of consent”, or in the extension: Settings → Data → Withdraw consent. Processing stops, and the data is destroyed within 30 days, except data the operator must keep by law |
I confirm that I have read the Privacy policy and that my rights under Articles 14–17 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ have been explained to me.
2. Separate consent to cross-border transfer
This consent is optional
Without it, all subscription features work except two: the résumé check and the search for a company’s public contacts. Refusing affects neither the price nor any other features.
I give my separate consent to the cross-border transfer of my personal data under item 1 of part 4 of Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ on the following terms.
| Purpose of transfer | Automatically checking how well a résumé matches a job and searching for a company’s public contacts using a language model |
|---|---|
| What is transferred | The text of the résumé and the text of the job as the user sends them; the company name; a technical request ID |
| Recipient in Russia | Center of National Intelligent Systems — 119270, Russia, Moscow, Khamovniki municipal district, 3rd Frunzenskaya St., 1, apt. 202 — access to language models and accounting of used calls |
| Recipients abroad | Perplexity AI, Inc. (United States of America) — search for a company’s public pages; Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 (United States of America) — checking how well the résumé matches the job |
| Level of protection | The United States of America is not among the states that ensure adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects. The risks of transferring data to such a state have been explained to me |
| When the transfer happens | Only when I click “Check résumé” or “Find contacts”. Without this action no transfer takes place |
| Validity | From the moment the consent is given until it is withdrawn |
| Where it is requested | In the extension, before the first click on “Check résumé” or “Find contacts”. It is not requested when subscribing |
| How to withdraw | By email to jobhuntlyy@gmail.com or in the extension: Settings → Data → Withdraw consent to transfer abroad. After withdrawal these two features are switched off, and the rest of the subscription continues |
The operator has sent Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) a notification of the intention to carry out cross-border transfer of personal data. Notification details: fill in the date and number, or “being filed”.
If the operator changes the language model provider located outside the Russian Federation, the list above will be updated, and users with an active subscription will be notified by email at least 10 days before the change.
3. Separate consent to foreign website counters
This consent is optional too
Refusing restricts nothing: the website, buying a subscription, the documents and support all work the same. On the Russian version of the site, Russian counters keep working if you refuse, and foreign ones are not loaded at all. On the English version, no counters are loaded before you click “Accept”.
I give my separate consent to the cross-border transfer of information about my visits to jobhuntly.pro under item 1 of part 4 of Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ on the following terms.
| Purpose of transfer | Counting website visits and measuring advertising: how many people came, from which page, which buttons they clicked, whether they reached payment |
|---|---|
| What is transferred | IP address, cookie ID, device and browser type, language, screen resolution, address of the opened page, referral source, button clicks, the fact of going to payment. Form contents are not transferred: the email address from the payment window is not available to counters |
| Recipients abroad | Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 (United States of America) — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads; LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2 (Ireland) — LinkedIn Insight Tag |
| Level of protection | Ireland is among the states that ensure adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects. The United States of America is not. The risks of transferring data to such a state have been explained to me |
| When the transfer happens | Only after clicking “Accept”. Before that, Google and LinkedIn scripts are not loaded and not a single request is sent to them |
| Validity | From the moment the consent is given until it is withdrawn |
| Where it is requested | On jobhuntly.pro, on the first visit |
| How to withdraw | With the “Change my decision about counters” button in section 18 of the Privacy policy. The decision is stored only in the browser and is not sent to the server |
4. What to do before sending a résumé
To assess the match with a job, the models do not need your surname, address, phone number, date of birth, passport details, health information or other people’s contacts. We recommend removing them from the text: this reduces the amount of data transferred and lowers the risks. Before sending, the extension shows the text that will go to the check.
5. Rights of the personal data subject
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. The user has the right to demand clarification, blocking and destruction of data, to receive information about its processing, and to appeal against the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru) or in court. The full list of rights and response times is in sections 13 and 14 of the Privacy policy.
