Complaints
A complaint is sent to the provider’s email or postal address and must include: the email of the subscription, what you are asking for, and the date and amount of the payment.
We reply within 10 business days of receiving it.
If the reply does not satisfy you, as a consumer you may contact Rospotrebnadzor (the Russian consumer protection authority, rospotrebnadzor.ru) or go to court at your place of residence.

About the product
Job Huntly is an independent browser extension. It is not connected or affiliated with HeadHunter, LinkedIn or Telegram, is not a recruitment agency and does not provide employment services.
The extension does not apply for jobs on the user’s behalf and does not act for them on third-party websites. Contact search returns only companies’ public contacts; employees’ personal contact details are neither searched for nor stored.
Résumé checks and contact search are performed by language models via the Center of National Intelligent Systems (Russia). The provider pays for these calls — they are included in the plan’s package, and the user does not pay for them separately.
